Héritage
This guitar model is the result of a reflection on the construction of late 19th century guitars, particularly those of Antonio de Torres. In 2013, I had the chance to hear Antonio de Torres' guitar belonging to Emilio Pujol, played by Carles Trepat in Cervera, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the guitar. It was an unforgettable experience, which marked the beginning of a research into the causes of that so magical sound. Exchanges with my luthier friend Jaume Bosser as well as Pierre Abondance nourished my reflections. On this model we have warm, enveloping bass tones, both in the cypress version and in the rosewood version. It is a versatile guitar that will seduce lovers of vintage sounds.
Guitares d'amour
My beginnings in lutherie were marked by my encounter with Ricardo Margarit. This pioneering luthier created instruments with resonance strings, also known as sympathetic strings. These instruments offer a fascinating harmonic richness and acoustic reverberation. Since that encounter, my dream was to build one. I was able to fulfil this dream thanks to Sangitananda and Jose Sanchez, both of whom own a guitare d'amour that meets their specific requirements.
